Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. Programs will be unique to you and I will constantly adapt each program to the needs of my clients.

Whether you are novice or advanced, come and join us move, groove and melt those pounds away. You'll be wondering where the hour went! With a mix of fitness and dance, this class provides an infusion of club, hip hop and latin flavour to your workout. Don't wait - participate!

CONDITIONING

I will teach you the correct exercise techniques to help you achieve your goals, whether it be; build muscle, get long and lean or to look and feel stronger. Together we will go through various strength training exercises that you can continue in the comforts of your own home.

BOXING

What better way to melt away those lockdown blues than to jab, hook and dip your way to a healthier you! Adding boxing combos into your workouts will definitely keep things interesting!
